ESS

ESS was a privately owned and managed entrepreneurship development company. The company catered to the growing demand for practical business solutions designed specifically for SMME's. The business was established in 2002 and was a leading brand in the business development sector.

ESS adopted a holistic view to entrepreneurial development and as such offer a complete range of services in order to deliver a turnkey solution to SMME’s.
These services included:
(i) Business Development Services
(ii) Entrepreneurship Training
(iii) Financial & Accounting Services
(iv) Support Services
(v) BEE Consulting.

The ESS model for business development offered longer term mentoring interventions that linked the entrepreneur with business opportunities, government support programmes and access to funding. The resignation and relocation of Wayne Van der Poll from ESS (Resigned in December 2020) resulted in the end of relationship between Siza and ESS. Therefore, Siza no longer receives business support from ESS.
